SEASON TICKETS
- How do I renew my Season Ticket?
The easiest way to renew your Season Ticket for the 2022/23 season is online.
- Step 1: Log into your account
Please log into your account through the Online Ticket Centre by clicking on the person icon in the top right hand corner and enter your email address and password. If you need any guidance on accessing your account online please visit How do I access my Account Online? You must ensure you are logged into the correct account to be able to see all of the season tickets available to you. To check you are in the correct account, click on the person icon in the top right once you are logged in and ensure the client reference number on your emails and letters from us is the same number that appears here.
- Step 2: How to find your passes
Your season ticket(s) (and any others that you manage on behalf of other supporters through your network) will show in your ‘Notifications’ box on the home page when you log in. Click ‘Buy Now’ to take you to the breakdown of your renewal offer.
Please note: if you purchase multiple season tickets on behalf of others, you must have set up your Network in order to be able to see all of the passes under your account. For more information on My Network and managing privileges please see How to Set Up ‘My Network’. - Step 3: Reviewing your offer
Once you click ‘Buy Now’ you will be taken to a page with a breakdown of the season ticket(s) available for you to renew for 2022/23. All of the tickets will be selected by default so you must untick any you do not require. The name of the assigned ticket holder and their client reference number will be shown next to each seat.
Once you are happy with the selected seats, please click ‘Add to Basket’. If you need to make any changes to the ticket type (Adult/Senior/Young Adult/Junior), you can do this at the next step.
- Step 4: Make required changes
At this stage you can make changes to the ticket type, for example from an Adult to a Senior. To do this, please use the drop down menu next to the relevant season ticket seat details to change the class.
PLEASE NOTE: all season ticket renewals will be offered as an Adult. If you require a different ticket type, you MUST change it at this stage.
Once you have made any necessary changes, scroll down and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to make payment and confirm your booking.
- Step 5: Making payment
You can choose to pay for your season tickets either by Card or by Direct Debit where you can spread the cost over four payments.
- Step 1: Log into your account
- I have unused credit in my account from 19/20 Season Tickets / the Ospreys fixture / Ticket Exchange – what will happen to it?
All credits have been collated and are now in the accounts of the assigned purchaser – it is only possible to spend your own credits/money.
Any credits not used by Monday 4 Jul will be refunded. We will be in touch to arrange this.
- How do I assign additional Season Tickets to ‘My Network’
To assign your additional Season Tickets, please email ticket.centre@sru.org.uk and provide the seat number, name, and client reference number of the individuals that you would like to have each of your season tickets assigned to.
Each member must have their own ticketing account to be able to assign a season ticket to them. If they need to create an account, please find instructions on how to register and activate an account here: How do I create/activate my account?
We appreciate that young children will not have their own access to emails, but we advise parents and guardians where possible, to set one up and manage it for them. Without this you will not be able to manage their tickets online. You can register with the same email address as you currently use on your own account however, Please ensure that you create a different password than the one you use.
If the assignee already has a Scottish Rugby ticketing account and cannot locate their client reference number please find guidance here on how to find this.
Having people in your network will allow you to manage season tickets, memberships and secure tickets on behalf of your friends and family.
You can add each assignee to your network through your ticketing account, this enables you to purchase for them in future and assign the tickets to their individual ticketing accounts. To find out how to do this, please visit: My Network.
For answers to other frequently asked questions please visit Ask Scottish Rugby.
