Stadium update | Plastic bottles
Glasgow Life has been advised of the need to update the ‘Ground Rules’ for Scotstoun Stadium on match days.
The change that has been made is that sealed bottles of water or soft drinks up to 500ml will no longer be permitted to be brought into the stadium on match days.
In addition, all bottles purchased at catering outlets throughout the stadium will be decanted into plastic tumblers. This change is already in effect and will continue going forward.
These changes bring the Scotstoun Stadium Ground Rules in line with other stadium’s licensing regulations in Glasgow.
The update Ground Rules will be in effect on Sunday 8 January for the BKT United Rugby Championship round 12 game against the Vodacom Stormers.
