Squad Update
As Glasgow Warriors continue their preparations for this weekend’s rescheduled BKT United Rugby Championship clash with the Emirates Lions in Johannesburg, the club can provide the following squad update:
Sebastian Cancelliere has undergone assessment on a minor knee injury that saw him withdraw from Friday night’s victory over Ulster at Scotstoun, with the Argentinian expected to be out of action for the next couple of weeks.
Murphy Walker is progressing to the next stage of his rehabilitation from a neck injury picked up in December, as the prop targets a return to action in the next few weeks.
Fly-half Domingo Miotti has returned to training following a back injury sustained in the away win over USA Perpignan last month, and is available for selection this weekend.
Ayrshire Bulls winger Eli Caven continues to train with the club ahead of this weekend’s match, having linked up to train with the squad at Scotstoun.
Ryan Wilson (knee), Ross Thompson (ankle) and Enrique Pieretto (chest) all continue their rehabilitation on their respective injuries.
