Join the Scotstoun Squad!
At Glasgow Warriors we're looking for volunteers to join our Scotstoun Squad and help to deliver great home match days at Scotstoun Stadium.
With plans in motion to enhance the match day experience, we want to keep making Glasgow Warriors the most welcoming club for all who come through our gates and grow our bank of volunteers.
Volunteers will have a range of opportunities to get involved with including:
– Support to our mascot Clyde;
– Supporting with pre-match and half-time activations around the stadium and on the pitch;
– Checking in guests for our various hospitality areas;
– General stadium support and guidance for supporters and visitors in need of assistance;
– and much more!
Typically, volunteers are required to arrive two hours prior to kick-off and dependent on their responsibilities would be on duty until the end of half-time.
In a typical season we host 12 home fixtures at the stadium (one pre-season game, nine United Rugby Championship matches, and two European fixtures).
Each game, volunteers will receive a meal voucher, Scotstoun Squad kit, and a ticket to enjoy the match. With more volunteers involved we can also offer flexibility around when you get involved.
To find out more, our Event Manager, Robyn Struthers is hosting an open evening at Scotstoun Stadium on Monday 29 August at 6pm for those interested in volunteering.
If you are keen to get involved or to attend our open evening in the first instance, you can register you interest here. Please note volunteers must be 18 or over.
Alternatively, to find out more about the Scotstoun Squad please email Robyn directly at robyn.struthers@glasgowwarriors.org
