Glasgow Warriors to host open training this Easter
Glasgow Warriors are opening their doors this Easter, for an open training session at Scotstoun Stadium.
Gates will open for the event on Tuesday 4 April at 1.30pm.
Head Coach, Franco Smith, said: “We’re at a decisive time in our season and we want to keep bringing our supporters on the journey with us. We also want to create as much excitement around the club as possible during this period.
“The open training session we had in Inverness at the beginning of the season was my first. The turn out there was excellent. It added a lot to our trip north into the Caledonia region which we don’t often get the chance visit.
“Back at home, we’re calling on the Warrior Nation to come and meet their heroes with this next open training session and find out a bit more about our preparations for the big games we have coming up. There may also be a few surprises on the day!”
During the event supporters will have the chance to watch the squad train. They will also hear from the coaches about the activities happening on the pitch. After training, there will be plenty of opportunities to meet the players and get autographs signed.
A handful of kiosks will be open for a selection of food and beverage options and the Macron Store will be on site and fully stocked.
