A knock on ends the game and Munster win 40-29.
This time the maul is effective and replacement hooker Angus Fraser scores the try. Weir converts and the scores now Munster 40-29 Glasgow Warriors.
Glasgow get within a metre, and are then held up. They win another penalty following a Beirne side entry and go to the corner again.
The Munster scrum is turned over giving the visitor’s a penalty. Weir puts it in the corner and Angus Fraser sets up.
Glasagow Warriors work really hard to get within five metres of the Munster try line. Replacement scrum half Ben Afshar moving the ball well and finding his men that can creates yards. However, a knock on ends this passage of play.
The game has become a bit looser in these past few moments with neither team really able to hold on to possession.
Sione Vailanu sees an opportunity to punt the ball down field, and it’s effective with the Warriors winning the ball in the Munster 22. But, it’s short lived with the Warriors penalised for not releasing.
Replacement prop Dave Kilcoyne dots down, advancing Munster’s lead, now 40-22.
Munster waste no time getting back up the other end of the pitch and look fired up to score. Kyle Rowe does clear out the last man stopping the try, but Munster do win a penalty on five metres, they choose the tap and go once again.
A successful conversion from Duncan Weir sees Glasgow move within two converted tries. Munster 33-22 Glasgow Warriors.
Glasgow win a penalty try, for a collapsed maul. This earns them a bonus point and they now enter the next ten minutes with a man extra. Tadgh Beirne carries the weight off that score, being yellow carded.
Johnny Matthews is bundled into touch on this occasion. But, not all is lost for Glasgow as the referee pulls play back and hands Glasgow a penalty. The Munster flanker John Hodnett is penalised for a side entry off the lineout.
Duncan Weir puts Glasgow back in Munster’s 22 with the host’s penalised at the ruck once again. Sordoni also returns to the field as Matthews delivers the lineout ball and sets the maul.
That third try from Glasgow makes the score Munster 33-15 Glasgow Warriors. Also, three minutes remains on Sordoni’s yellow card.
From the penalty Glasgow once again set up the maul, taking Matthews within a couple of metres. Off the next phase Rory Darge bursts through the ruck scoring the visitor’s third try.
Munster winger Calvin Nash is penalised for a tackle off the ball allowing Glasgow to gather much needed territory.
Glasgow can take a breath for a moment winning a scrum on half way from a Crowley forward pass. Kennedy feeds and delivers the ball to the blind side.
It’s a double blow for Glasgow with Lucio Sordoni sent to the sin bin for blocking in the scrum half in the build up to Nankivell’s try.
A destructive run from Munster centre Alex Nankivell, running in under the posts. The cnoversion is simple and Munster move 31-10 in front.
Henco Venter penalised again, this time for kicking the ball in the ruck. This gives Munster a five metre penalty, opting for a tap and go.
Jack Crowley finds touch this time, following another Glasgow penalty on the floor. This time it was Rory Darge who was penalised.
Henco Venter is penalised on the ground for not releasing, but Munster miss touch allowing the returning kicker to send the ball back up field.
Duncan Weir’s kick pulls wide taking the score to Munster 26, Glasgow 10.
Johnny Matthews clinical with his lineout delivery and then a huge shove from the entire Glasgow pack sees the hooker cross the whitewash for his eighth try of the season.
Tom Jordan lands Glasgow on the Munster five metre with a big punt from the boot. Matthews delivers the lineout and engages the maul.
Unlucky – Kennedy can’t hold onto the ball as he hits the deck, and Casey puts the ball dead to bring about half time.

Glasgow with a final attack in the half, as Weir finds Venter.
Kennedy is on his shoulder and into the 22.
Munster have their fourth – Gavin Coombes does the damage by throwing a dummy and breaking through, and when he’s chopped down on the 22 Munster recycle.
Its Ahern who has the run-in out wide for his second of the night, Crowley’s conversion making it 26-5.
Nash back over halfway from Kennedy’s box-kick, met by Henco Venter.
Smith and Kennedy smother Nankivell though, and Munster go to the pack.
Unlucky – the ref deems the ball to have been brought back into the 22.
Doesn’t matter though as Cummings steals again!

Beirne wins the turnover penalty on halfway, and Crowley finds touch on the Glasgow 22.
Tuipulotu and Weir with the slight of hand in midfield, giving McKat the chance to have a go.
Darge then meets a handful of defenders on halfway.
Great take from Smith off the high ball, and Munster go off their feet in the ruck.
Weir finds touch on the Munster 10m line.
Good work from Vailanu and Kennedy to clear from the restart, so Munster restart on halfway.
Smith reads the play in midfield and stops his man dead.
Inevitable!
The Glasgow maul gets to work and Sione Vailanu barrels over from five metres.
The throw from Matthews to the tail was perfection!
Nash fields Weir’s kick, but he’s isolated and the Glasgow chase wins the penalty.
Weir finds touch 5m out.
Glasgow click into attack, as Matthews and Rowe have a go on each wing.
Tuipulotu carries, as Kennedy asks the pack to do the hard yards.
This time Munster knock on, and Glasgow with advantage.
None coming, so it’s a scrum to the visitors on their own 10m line as McBeth – and as a result, Smith – returns after the sin bin
A forward pass in midfield brings an end to the attack, and Munster have the feed.
All going the home side’s way, as Nash regathers Crowley’s high ball off the restart.
It’s knocked on in midfield though, and Glasgow have the scrum on the Munster 10m line.
Oli Kebble comes on for Ollie Smith with McBeth still in the sin bin.
The hosts go end to end from the kick-off – some great interplay from Nankivell and Daly get Munster in behind, and while Ollie Smith and McKay scramble well, captain Barron is the extra man who gets over in the corner.
Crowley converts for a 19-0 lead.
Munster grab their second – Tom Ahern goes over in the corner after being found by Shane Daly’s cross-kick.
Crowley misses with the conversion, leaving the score at 12-0.
Another advantage to the hosts, as Craig Casey finds Beirne and Crowley.
Nathan McBeth is sent to the sin bin as the ref deems there to have been too many penalties conceded.

Good defence from McDowall and Tuipulotu in midfield, as Glasgow frustrate their hosts on halfway.
Alex Nankivell has a go, and Munster have advantage
Brilliant take from Kyle Rowe out wide under pressure, but the referee calls a forward pass in midfield.
Munster scrum on their own 10m line.
The hosts get the early breakthrough – it’s good defence from the maul initially by Glasgow, but Munster recycle through the phases and Edwin Edogbo is the man to find the gap under the posts to score.
Crowley converts, and Munster lead 7-0.
Another early drive in defence from Glasgow so Munster hold advantage again.
Nothing coming, play comes back for the penalty and referee Marius van der Westhuizen has a word with skipper Stafford McDowall.
Good defence from Josh McKay kills the attack, so play comes back for the penalty.

Diarmuid Barron finds Beirne and Munster look to drive, advantage in hand.
Early attack for the Warriors, but Tadhg Beirne wins the penalty at the ruck and Munster move up to halfway.
