A tense few moments as TMO is assessed for a Scarlets try which is disallowed for offside.
The Warriors fail to make ground and are pushed back into their own half but maintain control with Sam Johnson claiming a high ball to take them back to halfway.
A rolling maul ensues and Glasgow makes ground before McDowall pushes forward and Scarlets concede a penalty giving Warriors another lineout on the 5′

Sam Johnson refuses to be taken down as he carries through to the 22′. An attempt of a chip and run gives possession back to the visitors and they take a lineout on the halfway line.
The Warriors win another line out on the 5′ sending it long to push to just by the posts with Fraser Brown going over. And Tom Jordan converts!

Scarlets wins another penalty, choosing to kick to the posts for the third time this game.
Daf Hughes, Steff Thomas and Javan Sebastian come on for Wyn Jones, Shaun Evans and Sam Wainwright for the visitors.

The second half is underway with both teams evenly matched before Scarlets concede a penalty on the halfway line and the Warriors gain a scrum.
In the final minutes, the Warriors steal a line out and push forward. It’s not enough as the whistle is blown with a point in it at half-time.
A strong lineout allows the Warriors to attack with Sione Valianu getting it over the line but the conversion is missed.
Johnny Matthews breaks through creating another chance for the Warriors as the end of the first half looms. The tempo is broken however but the Warriors win another lineout on the 5′ for another chance at points.
Scarlets collapse the Scrum and Jordan kicks to the Warrior 10′. A lineout into a rolling maul and an exceptional set play makes ground as they push forward. Cole Forbes nearly makes it down the line but is pulled down on the 5′.
Scarlets win a lineout on their 5′ and the crowd are suddenly invigorated. Warriors forces Scarlets to concede a penalty and get another scrum.
The Warriors have a scrum on the 5′ directly under the posts. They take it quick and feed it up and down the line, pushing hard and nearly getting it over the line but it is held up by Scarlets who kick back down field.
Ryan Wilson puts off the Scarlets players who kicks it directly to the Warriors. Sione Vailanu breaks through and carries to the 10′ before being brought down.
Huw Jones receives a high ball well and carries through to the halfway line. The two teams kick back and forth both trying to break through. Scarlets win a lineout that the Warriors are close to intercepting.
Johnny Matthews steals a Scarlets lineout as they miss their pass and the team push on with JP Du-Preez making ground before an inaccurate pass loses them the possession
An aggressive rolling maul moves the Warriors to the 10′ with Cole Forbes breaking away nearly making it to the 5′ before they win a lineout. F
After a messy Scarlet lineout, the Warriors win a scrum just before the half way line. Scarlets concede a penalty giving the Warriors a chance to get on the attack again
The Scarlets get their own scrum and Kieran Hardy manages to run away with the ball before Tom Jordan takes him down conceding a penalty to the Scarlets again. They kick to the posts again increasing their lead.
A strong lineout in the advantage area pushes the Warriors forward into a ruck and Scarlets concede a penalty, with the home side kicking for a lineout in their own 10′ giving their first chance of a try.
Stafford McDowall successfully breaks through down the line but is brought down before he can make an accurate pass and the ball goes back to the Welsh visitors.
The Warriors manage to win a penalty from Scarlets not releasing the ball as their make back into their own territory.
The Scarlets win a penalty early doors and choose to kick for points with Dan Jones successfully putting 3 points on the board.
The Warriors begin a strong defense as the Scarlets get to their 10′ line and a stalemate between the teams stands for the opening minutes, neither relenting
